Today I did a run that I've been wanting to do for awhile. I ran 9.7 miles out Brookman Rd., up and over Chapman Rd. and into Kruger Rd. and back home down Sunset.(If you live in Sherwood, you know these roads). WOW. Very tough. You go up,up, up and then down, down, down. Beautiful run though. At the top of Chapman is a stunning view of Mt Hood, Adams(I think), Rainier and St. Helens. Amazing. Carolyn said I should have just went with her and Jim downtown to run but I didn't want to get up that early and it was too cold. Gotta get ready for the next run , "Run to stay Warm" in Eugene.
